Son Tra peninsula - Danang

Son Tra Peninsula like a giant shield of Danang city, also a nature reserve is protected under the regime of national parks, famous for diverse and abundant flora. The peninsula grandly overlooking Hai Van Pass to the north, and Danang to the south, just a few kilometers along the coastal road.

The first big attraction on Son Tra Peninsula is Linh Ung pagoda, with a colossal Buddha statue positioned on a lotus-shaped platform, surrounding is the other Buddhist architecture works and a monastery. After visiting here, you can drive around the peninsula, with incredibly scenic.

Around the edge of Son Tra Peninsula is beautiful beaches, such as Bai Rang beach, Bai But beach, Bai Bang beach, Bai U beach... and many unnamed beaches but quite nice and pristine, suitable for who love to explore nature. Some beaches even only accessible by sea because no mountain trail leading down.

- Stop at Bai But peaceful beach with the lovely leaf hut, located right on the white sand coast. Here very ideal to immerse in cool water, play with the waves; or relax under the warm sun and daydreaming follow the flying birds...

Not only sea, you can hike up Son Tra mountain, go follow the tree-shaded trails, sometime passing the poetic small streams, and the sound of birds singing like melodious music, welcome you to the nature. If you want to drive, you’ll need a powerful motorcycle, then drive along the steep road to the summit.

- When stood on top of Son Tra mountain, you will admire the spectacular scenery with the green of the trees, the blue of sea and sky, blend with the yellow of sunny, white of sand, the color of the coastal rocks, and the panorama of Danang City reached the sea... all creating charming paintings.
