Danang cuisine is famous for specialties :

- Mi Quang (Quang noodles) : The noodle is made from rice powder, flattened and sliced into strips. And the soup is made from chicken, shrimp, crab, fish, pork or beef, so they are named Chicken noodle, Shrimp noodle, etc. Each kind has its own smell and taste. Quang noodles are often served with some fresh vegetables, local herbs, young banana, green chili, rice papers, and peanuts.
