Halong Bay helicopter trip

From a helicopter looking down, panoramic view of Halong Bay as an excellent picture. The islands gathered with many shapes, some separated, forming the art lines on the vast sea reflecting the sunlight.

Halong Bay helicopter trip was initiated since 2008 to the present, with helicopters have a capacity of 6-7 people (including the pilot and passenger). Divided into two popular routes:

- Helicopter stemming from the Gia Lam airport (Hanoi) to Halong Bay. From 300m altitude, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic of countryside, Hong river, Duong river meandering between fertile plains. After flying about 45 minutes, you will come to Halong Bay, from here the helicopter will fly slowly around the bay for you to admire natural paintings with many emotions. Reference price: Round-trip around 650 USD / person, and one-way trip around 350 USD / person.

- Helicopter stemming from the Hoang Gia Park (Halong City) and then circling follow a closed loop with a perimeter of 30 km above Halong Bay. The reference price for this trip is around 150 USD / person.

This is a great way to enjoy the spectacular beauty of the world natural heritage Halong Bay, however the cost is still high. But the good news is expected in late 2015, Vietnam Helicopter Corporation will combine with the travel company to launch to market a number of Halong Bay helicopter trips, with 15-20 minute flight / trip and prices will be cheaper, use of modern European helicopters - EC130T2 with 6-seat.
