Mui Ne cuisine is famous for specialties :
- Dong Nuong (lizards barbecued) : This is an exotic dish and quite tasty. Local lizards live in sandy areas, which barbecued with lemongrass and chili, or processing in a soup with tamarind and noodles.
- Muc Mot Nang : It's one day dried squid, a delicious appetizer. Served with an assortment of dipping condiments such as a chili or pepper lime sauce.
- Banh Xeo : The cake is made of rice flour, water, turmeric powder, coconut milk, stuffed with slivers of fatty pork, shrimp, bean sprouts and then pan fried. Served wrapped in mustard leaf, lettuce leaves or rice paper, then stuffed with mint leaves, basil, other herbs, and dipped in a sweet and sour diluted fish sauce.
- Banh Quai Vac : To make the cake, locals start with a wheat-flour, then boiled and wrapped around prawns, fatty pork, salt and sugar. Served with onion, and mixture of fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, pepper.
